An initial free, no obligation, 15-minute consultation will take place on the phone, by Skype or in person in Brighton, UK. We will chat about your ultimate goals and expectations, what your current concerns are and how we can address these. Mostly I will simply listen to you, and I may ask you questions for clarification regarding your health and eating habits. If we decide to go ahead and book a series of full consultations, we will arrange where and when these will take place – they could be by phone, Skype, at a nearby cafe or at my consulting rooms in Brighton. There may also be the possibility for me to visit you in your own home in London or South East England – please ask me if you would like to explore this option.

It’s important that you feel safe, comfortable and happy with me as I guide and support you through this process – so if you have any concerns, do feel free to ask.

Prices:

Initial Consultation (90 minutes) – £65

This is an in-depth consultation where we discuss your concerns in detail, do a dietary intake, and plan out how we get you the results you desire in a tailored and sustainable way. It’s not a quick fix, but I will help you get there as quick as possible.  Coaching works best and produces lasting results when sessions are regular and consistent, so following the initial consultation, you’ll then need to purchase a programme.

Overcome Overeating Programme – £395

Fed up with dieting? We all know diets don’t work in the long term – you lose the weight, then eventually put it all back on again. This programme takes you through practical methods which mean that you can overcome your addictive behaviour around food without feeling rebellious or deprived. There is no dieting, but you will learn how to eat healthy food and less of it. You’ll stop thinking about food all the time and you will finally have control over any urges you have to binge. We won’t be discussing much about the emotions or circumstances which led you to overeat, instead we will be concentrating on what you can do now to change your habits. These brain-training techniques will put you in the driving seat and you will finally be in control of your own eating.

You will receive 3 x 1 hour monthly coaching sessions (in person or Skype) plus homework which includes audio downloads, written exercises and materials, and interim email or telephone support as you work through the process. This programme is completed over a period of 3 consecutive months.

Make Healthier Choices Programme – £395

Are you fed up with your addiction to junk food? Want to eat healthier but don’t know where to start? This programme helps you to change your diet to one that will ensure your health needs. It may be that you have had a particular bespoke diet given to you for medical reasons that you are having trouble sticking to, or simply that you wish to eat in a more healthy way and would like help to make that change. Whatever your needs, this programme will ensure that you make the changes you want and stick with them.

You will receive 3 x 1 hour monthly coaching sessions (in person or Skype) plus homework which includes audio downloads, written exercises and materials, and interim email or telephone support as you work through the process. This programme is completed over a period of 3 consecutive months.
